Muay Thai camps on Koh Tao
Koh Tao is a small island in the Gulf of Thailand. We list two camps there, Monsoon Gym and Muay Thai Koh Tao, whose official websites we checked. Neither publishes prices: ask the camps.

Why train here
- Two camps on the same small island: you can compare on the spot.
- A training stay by the water, far from the big cities.
- An island easy to combine with neighbouring Koh Samui and Koh Phangan.

Best season
Koh Tao is not named by the source; its neighbours Koh Samui and Koh Phangan are. The southern east coast is the exception: according to the Thai government’s official portal, the rains there continue until December and November is the wettest month; October to December are therefore the rainiest months, while the Andaman coast (Phuket, Krabi) is already dry.
Getting there
Koh Tao is reached by boat, notably from Koh Samui and Koh Phangan. Check crossing times and ask the camp how to reach it from the pier.
Where to stay
- Ask each camp whether it offers rooms or partner addresses.
- Or a bungalow near the beach, allowing for the trip to the camp.
- We publish no room prices: ask the camp or the host.
Training without breaking the bank
- Ask both camps for their prices and compare: we recorded none.
- Compare with Koh Phangan, where one camp publishes a per-session, weekly and monthly price list.
What to do nearby
- The island’s beaches and coves.
- Crossings to Koh Samui and Koh Phangan.
